Fairly-traded & Organic bars produced from cocoa paste*
- The beans are roasted and an initial grinding is done where the beans are grown. It means more of the process is done by the farmers – which is a good thing – but also that I have less control over the critical roasting process – which is a less good thing.
- All the cocoa pastes, the cocoa butter and the sugar are fairly-traded & Organic. The milk powder in the milk chocolate is Irish Kerrygold and not organic.
